When I started school, I remembered my first grade teacher asking what I want to be when I grow up, and I said that I wanted to be an artist for Disney or Dreamworks. She thought that it was way too advanced and that I would never be able to make it. I did not let this get in my way. As I made my way into fourth grade, I met Janessa Blanco. She was an artist, just like me. We teamed up and started making commissions for our fellow classmates. To this day she remains my best friend, and we have stuck together creating and selling our artworks. 

Last year, I took a trip to Key West. I was amazed by the colors and history behind the historical buildings and sites. I decided to start taking pictures. I have developed a love for photography, and now I travel to take photos of anything interesting I lay eyes on. Recently, I went to Captiva, and noticed the varieties of different species of animals and plants. I started taking pictures of birds, palm trees, and sunsets. I had thought of an idea then, to create fictional characters off the pictures I took. Now, I have a lot of characters of my own.

I joined the magnet strand technology production because of the passion I developed for art and photography, and I hope to do well in the nearing future.
